750 ppm max (AGMARK 2019). Codex CXS 67-1981 permits up to 1,500 mg/kg immediately following treatment.

Nil — free from any added colouring matter; colour shall be uniform.

Ochratoxin A

8.0 µg/kg max for dried vine fruit for further processing; 2.0 µg/kg max for ready-to-eat, under EU Regulation 2023/915.
