Booking

Cargo requirements, destination, container type and preferred sailing are reviewed before the shipment is booked with the appropriate carrier or logistics partner.
Cargo preparation
Shipment prepared for dispatch
Goods are inspected, packed and prepared according to the product, destination and agreed shipping requirements.
Stuffing & sealing
Cargo loaded & secured
Container stuffing is coordinated under supervision, with packing details, loading records and seal numbers properly documented.
Gate-in & sail
Container moves to port
The shipment is moved to the designated export terminal, gated in and loaded according to the confirmed sailing schedule.
In-transit tracking
Shipment tracked throughout
Shipment and container status are monitored during transit, with relevant updates shared with the buyer or receiving agent.
